Spray that is our common electrostatic powder coating, it is the use of plastic powder electrostatic generator that charged, adsorbed on the iron surface, and then after 180 - 220 degrees Celsius baking, melt the powder adheres to the metal surface, spray products used for indoor use of the box, the film showing flat or matte finish. Spray powder are acrylic powder, polyester powder and so on. 

 No thinner, construction on the environment pollution-free, non-toxic to humans; coating appearance quality excellent adhesion and mechanical strength; spray curing time; corrosion-resistant coating capacity is much higher; without primer; simple construction, low technical requirements for workers; cost less than the painting process; some occasions has been clear that the construction must be handled using the electrostatic spray process; electrostatic powder coating process does not appear in the painting process flowing common phenomenon.
